To all users and parents of users of Whitton Park.
Please read and comply with the instructions below.
Only coaches and players are allowed inside the Whitton Park ground/main gates. No parents are to be inside the facility at any time.
No parents should be parking up to pick up / wait for kids to finish. This is happening every night and it needs to stop. Whitton Park is currently drop off only, As per the instructions issued earlier please park across the road and walk over to collect your child. It takes two minutes. If parking in the car doesn’t stop we will close the car park.
Adult players shouldn’t be parking in the car park when using the facility, this is something again that is happening and needs to stop, only coaches to park in the car park.
Pitch slot times:
Main pitch:
5:30-6:45
7:00-8:15
8:30-9:45
7-a-side Pitch:
5:35 - 6:50
7:05 - 8:20
8:35 - 9:50
Please make sure you stick to these times. The end time is the time when you must have left the facility not the time you stop training. The 15 mins gap is to help with congestion at changeover. Ask your players to arrive no more than 5 mins before training starts, Not the 15/20 mins that we are currently seeing.
Please clean and put the goals back at the end of your slot.
