ORCHAR PAVILION – ANOTHER STEP FORWARD
Progress at Orchar Park!
Our structural engineer and the manager from Kilmac Construction, who will be carrying out the building work on the Pavilion, were on site recently.
Test pits had been dug around the building to allow them to inspect the existing foundations and ground conditions. This will help with the design of the new foundations required as part of the Pavilion refurbishment.
It might not look particularly exciting just yet — a few holes in the ground and a few men looking into them! — but it’s another important step forward.
